My cat "Farant" loved everyone, we called him the "Ambassador of love" and he is loving one of his cat friends in this photo.

Today is July 18th 2006.

My beautiful white cat "Pearl"crossed the rainbow bridge 3 days ago. She was 18 years old and her adoring eyes will be missed. she thought I hung the moon and the stars.

Even though I know she is still here, it was so hard to watch her go.

I have pondered the whole thing....and the thing is this.

We are creatures of habit, and after 18 years, it is a hard habit to break.

The Ghost Photo Gallery is a tribute to "Pearl" and all the others I have loved.

I was so down the day she died, and Then I caught her image sitting in the bedroom floor the next morning.

I will tell you, for me, I felt so much better after I saw her.

She was (pictures coming soon on our Memorial page) so fluffy and looked so healthy and happy.

In death she had no ability to go to her cat box. She tried, but I had to help to try and keep her dry. Her beautiful fluffy white hair was so dirty, and her pink nose was gone.

But not any more....she is alive! She has a new body, she is not old, she doesn't hurt any more and she can still be with her mom.

I hope my site will help you with your loss too. All that love a pet will find themselves watching them depart this world.

The knowledge they are still with us greatly blunts the sharp pain of loss. Although this is true, it still hurts.

Their body that was theirs on earth, and their habits are what we miss the most. My "Pearl" is physically gone, but knowing she is trying all the new buttons on her new suit give me so much joy.
